Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ErgoPeak Philippines website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all users of the site within the Philippines and internationally.

Product Information

ErgoPeak provides standing desk converters and ergonomic office solutions. We strive to ensure all product information, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice.

Orders and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason
• Payment confirmation is required before order processing
• Delivery is available throughout the Philippines with varying timeframes

Product Warranty

ErgoPeak standing desk converters come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and misuse are not covered. Warranty service is provided in the Philippines through our authorized service centers.

Limitation of Liability

ErgoPeak Philippines shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, except where prohibited by applicable law in the Philippines.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
