Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your ErgoPeak product must:

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@ergopeak.ph or call +63 912 345 6789
  2. Get Authorization: Receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package Product: Securely pack the item with all original components
  4. Ship or Schedule Pickup: Use provided return label or schedule pickup in Metro Manila

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

We offer exchanges for defective products or if you need a different model. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Shipping costs for exchanges due to defects are covered by ErgoPeak.
