Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your ErgoPeak product must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in original condition with all parts and accessories
- Include original packaging and documentation
- Have no signs of damage beyond normal inspection
Return Process

- Get Authorization: Receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package Product: Securely pack the item with all original components
- Ship or Schedule Pickup: Use provided return label or schedule pickup in Metro Manila
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days for inspection
- Refund Method: Original payment method (bank transfer, credit card)
- Refund Timeline: 7-14 business days after approval
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless defective product)
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective products or if you need a different model. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Shipping costs for exchanges due to defects are covered by ErgoPeak.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items returned without RMA authorization
- Products modified or customized beyond standard specifications
